In response to many comments (and complaints) about asking for help and helping others with their riddles (from both sides of the fence), Big Sea Games is adding more rooms to Riddle O’Day. These “no answer” rooms will be devoid of people asking for help and answers — or at least they should be. Feasibly nothing is stopping you from asking for help or giving it in these rooms, except the room name. To that end, there may be some initial problems (check out the bold, my emphasis not theirs):
Yes, we will be adding rooms that are labled as “No Answer” or something similar. Players should not expect to receive help in these rooms. However, it is important to note that if you simply click “Play Now”, you may be put into one of these rooms without your knowledge. So if you are in one of these rooms intentionally and you see someone ask for help, please politely let them know that they are in a “No Answer” room and may want to try a different room for help.
The new rooms will be added soon.
(This is the same way the halls work in Team Bingo — you may be placed in either a League hall or a regular hall if you use the Play Now button there too. Just be aware!)
Of course, Big Sea’s solution is to tell people to “politely let them know that they are in a ‘No Answer’ room and may want to try a different room for help.” Our solution, for any room: tell people to Google their riddle. :) They’ll end up at our Riddle O’Day riddles page and everyone will be happy!

We’re all so anxious and excited for the upcoming new community site, this doesn’t really seem like news anymore (well, that and the fact that in April Big Fish started recycling all of the riddles from last year)! However, there are still people needing help with riddles and still people who want to help them, so here you go!

Enjoy! And don’t forget: you now can tell your friends about these riddles by giving them the easy-to-type and easy-to-remember web address of just bigfishgamer.com/riddles. Thanks!
It’s that time again, May 2009 riddles are here! I’ll be working on the list this morning.
As I’m starting, I am having a sneaking suspicion that the riddles and answers for this month are exactly the same as May 2008.
If you find one that’s not from May 2008, please let me know in a comment below. Thanks!
I’ll update this post as I get more information — as with last month it seems that Big Fish Games is reusing the riddles from each month each year.
In our first post about Riddle O’Day’s upcoming redesign, we told you about some of the new creatures coming to the forest, a brownie, a dryad, and the fairy king. Now, thanks to our friend MzMunchken, we’ve got two more future creatures to show you, a troll and a shamrock!
Here’s a troll, which will give you 1000 tokens:

And a shamrock, which will give you a jackpot spin:

Thanks MzMunchken for sharing your screenshots with all of us!
As with any information posted on this site that refers to any FUTURE happenings at Big Fish Games: this is correct at the time of posting, but subject to change in the future. We have been given no official timeline on when these changes will occur. We will, of course, keep you posted as we learn of new developments.
