Thanks for the reminder. I was going to the site to try to get the award, and the site doesn’t want to load (and forums aren’t coming up for me either)…hmmm, wonder if it’s me or them…maybe it’s a sign that I need to get some of this housework done…lol.

Well I did log on – got in and won a couple of awards including this one BUT then the site when down and there’s that Felix with the stupid grin.
You’d think they’d at least put a sad face on him for these events.
Hopefully site back up soon and hopefully awards won will still be there!
Thanks for the reminder, got it this morning before the site went kaput again… they should start a token betting pool on what time the site’s going to go down each day.

I was thinking it’s not the best “branding message” to show Felix every time the site is down for maintenance. Way to burn Big Fish’s mascot into everyone’s brain while they’re feeling disappointment and frustration.
Also, I want to amend my earlier statement about downtime/outages threads encouraging us to whine: CLEARLY that’s what Big Sea Games Facebook status comments are for. :)
Edited to add: it looks like it might be coming back up, but it’s SLOW AS MOLASSES (as it’s been for the past day or so.. anyone else notice that it slowed considerably yesterday?).
I was able to back door through the beta sign-in page (which I could get to come up for some reason), to the ‘about’ page, and then through my awards page. Could play games (since the awards pages have a “play” this game button) but couldn’t choose room.
Just got a chat message from the game room I was in that they were going down officially at about 11:30am Eastern. Said it would be about a 30 minute maintenance…
got a message in games – going down in one minute – loads of notice! – expect to be back in 30 mins

They just gave me a 1 minute warning for maintence. Great job BS for giving us enough warning before booting me off. I hope i keep my tokens
i just got a message to log off for maintanence and that they would be up in about 30 minutes. I’m not holding my breath though.

Well got in and then got a warning that site is going down – for aproximately 30 minutes! the good news is the awards I won ealrier were still there.
Lucky for me it’s a good excuse to get some house work done!
We shall see how long 1/2 hour is in BIG SEA time – I will stick with this site though – as I absolutely love it!

Ok maybe i`am not at the good place lol.But i just come to talk i think about a trouble a lot of us have with the mahjong game on the new site!!!!
I dont know where`s the trouble with those thing but the site have TO CHECK IT ok.Because every body i see in the game are just ready to give up playing that game…….3 days ago they put the 1st puzz nobody i said nobody where able to do it the more we were able to do was about to mouve and after (0 moves) i have restart it sooooo much i can not count and the rest of the rooms same thing.
Yesterday sunday some puzzle were so hard the same thing again a lot were not able to do theme and move on in the game.Because we have to do the ruby set complete to pass to the emeral set and to finish the diamond set but how can we play if we cant not make theme?????
They really have to check this and fast i dont know put the game with more shuffles so we can do theme or be able to do the other one without having to complete the hole set ….. Please lure try to talk to theme about that if you can it will be for a lotttt of person not just me.We want to be able to play the game that`s what we are just asking its not big i think…
