One of the awards cracks me up — Kobayashi, a tribute to Takeru Kobayashi a competitive eater, known for six-year streak as World Hot Dog Eating Champion (culminating in a 63 hot dog record in 2007).

FYI: I just checked and to get the Fever Buster award (Cure 3 diseases with the word “Fever” in the title) you need to make it up to level 85 which is the third and final “fever”, Pinball Fever.
I want the Top Doc one and I’m only 1 away!!!
