Yesterday, Big Fish added a small workaround to Diana Fortune: Lost Temple of Gold. In the past, tokens were not being added to a player’s account when they gained a level. Here’s what they’ve done to ensure you get your tokens:
We have discovered a problem with Diana Fortune in the Lost Temple of Gold. Your tokens may not be saving correctly between levels. We are currently investigating this matter. Until this has been resolved, you can save your tokens by selecting “NEW” when a level is complete. This will update your tokens with your latest winnings. We apologize for this inconvenience.

another problem is that the ranks arent being recognized either. I changed ranks and when i went back later to play i was right back to where i was when i had played earlier. I lost it all.
